This was what I used for my relief carving so I just wanted to make it simple and likeable. I ended up liking the way it turned out so I kept it.

For my relief carving I wanted to make something for my jewelry but I ended up not liking it. Therefore, I put it in the slop bucket because it didnt turn out they way I wanted and was to thin.

- combine and push together the clay to make it smooth

For my slab with darts I wanted to use it for flowers. It was a lot harder then I thought it was gonna be. I did end up firing it and painting it with glaze but I hated the way it came out so I threw it away when i got home.

My strawberry was very fun to make because it was creative and easy. I wanted to make something simple so I chose this. I didnt know what I was gonna use for this but I ended up firing it.

coil building

- put clay into extruder

- build on and on

- roll the balls up and try to make them the same size

I worked so hard on my coil building. I was really excited to fire it and use it for fruit. But when I took it off the mold of the bowl it broke in half and I was so sad.

For my choice I just wanted everything to be out of the way and move on to the next unit because I was behind. So, I made this for my mom because she is a hippy and she loved it.
